movies

It's so funny to me. I could go months and months and months and months without seeing a movie in the theater. Sometimes certain things about going to the movies just don't appeal to me, so I just don't go. (ie. the ungodly prices, the quality of movies available, the screaming kid kickin' the seat behind me, the fact that all I did in high school was see movies, etc.)

Now don't get me wrong, I love movies. I watch them fairly often, I have a pretty big collection, and I thoroughly enjoy quoting them, but I pretty much just find myself watching them in the comfort of my own home.

More recently, *however*, I have become quite the movie going geek. It all started a few months back with Be Cool. That was followed by Episode III (of course I had to see that in the theater), later it was Mr. and Mrs. Smith, then it was War of the Worlds, and now Charlie and the Chocolate Factory.

I've gotta say, I'm on quite the movie going kick . . . and I kinda like it.

Anybody down for going to see The Wedding Crashers? I don't normally see comedies in the theater, but it looks fantastic and I heard from a very reliable source that it was awesome . . .
