The time has come. Today I will make a purchase that everyone at some point in their lives must make. Today I will purchase a couch. And I'm not talking about a $100 couch off Craigslist. No, I'm talking about a real couch. Soon gone are the days of hand-me-down college couches. Soon gone are the days of couch related muscle crampings and injuries. I'm talking about a real adult-like couch here. One that I visited in a furniture store and sat on in every possible lounging position to deem worthy of my hard earned money and worthy of being 'the' couch for the next howevermany years of my life.

It feels kinda silly that purchasing something like a couch is such a big deal, but for some reason it feels kinda big and I'm kinda excited about it.

Once my new couch gets delivered everyone must come and visit it - watch a movie on it, enjoy a cocktail on it, sleep on it, lounge on it, whatever. (I believe we're still having a ghetto garage party to bid farwell to the old couch so you can visit it at that time.) But for those of you who can't make it for a visit, I will post pictures. : )
