This evening I had a little blast from the past and it kinda tripped me out. I was working on the finishing touches of my website (which should be up the end of this week - seriously, no joke : P) when I realized I had to access some old files that I had saved on a zip disk. I had to dig under my bed for my zip drive, dust off the old girl, plug her in, and pop in a disk. It was so strange. Oh how I’ve missed the sound of her buzzing. It’s crazy to think that this big ol’ honky piece of equipment and its dozens of disks have now been replaced with only a few cds and my tiny little keychain flash drive . . . crazy.
