Yesterday, while sitting on the patio of the Longboard Grill with some old friends sipping mimosas and enjoying lunch, I received my first sunburn of the season. I had a feeling yesterday was going to be the day so I changed into a tank top just for the occasion. Imagine my excitement when I woke up this morning with a rosey nose and bright pink shoulders!

Am I the only one who gets excited by the first light sunburn of the season? For me it can only mean one thing – summer is here and that pink will soon fade into my warm summer glow! Yay! Holy hell I love summer! I can't wait to waste away entire weekends by laying on the beach soaking up the warmth of the sun!
