To say that work has been a little crazy lately would be an understatement. It’s been freakin’ insane. We’re rolling out a new DrJays website in less than two weeks, which means I have to make sure the front end looks pretty while helping make sure the back end functions properly. Lots of hours and lots of hard work. When I get home at the end of the day I just feel like a blob, I can’t do anything but stare into my tv. And while I’m at work I’m so busy that I barely have time to browse the internet or chat with anyone via e-mail or IM, which that alone means I am waaaay too busy. So in order to add a little serenity and happiness to my office environment, I bought a fish. I’ve been wanting one for a while, and Friday I finally decided to do it.

He’s a cute little beta and has a pretty little glass bowl home. So cute. Andrea got a fish for her desk too. We were going to give our fish ghetto names together. Some name suggestions were: Phat and Farm – Bloods and Cripes – Biggy and Tupac – Bling and Bling – 50 and Cent – ‘bout it and ‘bout it, but she backed out of the double name thing and decided to call hers Oskar. Whatever. Now, I need to come up with a name for my jishy. There have been a few suggestions, but I can’t decide on one - Notorious F.I.S.H, Grandmaster Fish, TuFish, Twinkle Twinkle, F-Unit and many more ridiculous ones that I can’t remember right now . . . I hate it when people have pets with no names, so I’m sure I’ll decide on one soon, I’ve just been too busy to think about it. If you happen to have any suggestions please let me know. I’m definitely open to anything that’s a) ridiculous and b) ghetto.

For now though, I need to get away from this blasted computer. I’m breaking a promise to myself. I decided that in order to get through this craziness at work, I need to stay away from my computer at night . . .
